Order Status
We will generally process your order for shipment in 1 to 2 business days from the time it was placed. Then once shipped, the order arrives within 4 business days.
Your order can be shipped via FedEx Express for a guaranteed faster shipping time. Add express shipping for as little as $4.99. Express shipments arrive within 3 business days (transit time).
30-Day Guarantee
We guarantee our plants will arrive in healthy condition and if your plant does arrive in a bad condition we are happy to send a replacement within 30 days after receiving your plant. Kindly direct pictures of your plants to support@thirstyleaves.com.
